My wife and I are considering moving to Orlando in the next 3 months. We want to buy a condo in the area (s) from Lake Buena Vista / Universal area, zone or thousands of years, Dr. Phillips. We are looking for a 2 bedroom with a conservatory, or Lanai. We want to spend no more than 200k, if someone can Conversions "gated communities" or recommend condominiums in these areas in the vicinity of the proposed price range?
